Intermediate-Advanced Jewelry
Participants in this advanced jewelry class will learn the additional techniques necessary to produce rings, pendants and other items in sterling silver, copper and brass. Participants may choose from a variety of intermediate and advanced projects of their own design such as cutting and polishing freeform or calibrated cabochons on the lapidary machine, lost wax casting, cuttlebone casting, etc.

Judy has been making jewelry for the past seven years.
She has been a teaching assistant and substitute instructor for the past four years as her skills in metal smithing and wire wrapping continue to expand.
Her work can be seen at Green Mother Goods in Boone, Maw's Produce and Crafts in Foscoe as well as numerouslocal art and craft shows under the Silver & Stones banner.

PLEASE NOTE: Most classes meet over multiple weeks. If space is available, instructors are often able to add new students at the second class of a multi-week class.
