Photography: Intermediate
ADVANCED B&W PHOTOGRAPHY
This is an extension of the beginning class. Students will be encouraged to find a system of photography that fits their personal style. Topics coveredwill be archival printmaking with fiber based paper, toning and finishing techniques such as retouching and window mat framing. There will be open lab hours for independent work.The student must have a manual 35mm cameraand prior darkroom experience.

Over the last 12 years, Elizabeth has been a full time Technical Photography instructor in the Department of Technology and Enviromental Design at Appalachian State University. Elizabeth received her BS in Studio Art with a K-12 Art Specialist Certification from SIUE, and a Masters from Webster University in St. Louis Mo.
PLEASE NOTE: Most classes meet over multiple weeks. If space is available, instructors are often able to add new students at the second class of a multi-week class.
