Beginning Weaving: Session 2
NOT OFFERED FALL TERM
In this 8 week class you will weave one small project and plan, warp and weave one larger project of your choice. Supplies are provided but you are welcomed to bring yarns/thread of your choice. You will learn terms and technique through a hands on experience. You will be limited only by your imagination!!! Class size limited to 5 students.

Cost: $160.00 including basic materials
Location: Hannah Building, 141 Health Center Drive, in the Bamboo area in Boone (the site of the former county health department).
Jane Plaugher, weaver, spinner, knitter, crocheter and needle-felter is a retired RN and Social Worker who has turned her retirement into an opportunity to share the fiber arts she loves and enjoys. She has studied weaving with local weaver Ruth Smith and has taught with Ruth in the Craft Enrichment Program. As a spinner her yarns are featured in several yarn shops where she also teaches the fiber arts.

PLEASE NOTE: Most classes meet over multiple weeks. If space is available, instructors are often able to add new students at the second class of a multi-week class.
