Vicki has a masters degree in education from the University of Illinois, a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Iowa and a PhD in Art Education from the University of Iowa.
Vicki has received two National Endowment for the Arts artists grants and has taught at App State in the Art Dept for three years. Vicki has a passion for comic books and pie.
